"I still remember how tense it felt when..."
I still remember how tense it felt when my friend took a hard fall on the hill. From what I remember, the safety patrol showed up really quickly, stayed calm, and seemed to know exactly what needed to happen.
They got him wrapped up, checked him out, and helped get him down without turning it into a huge scene. Looking back, I’m really grateful for how steady and quick they were because it made a scary moment feel a lot more manageable

"Easy to use, but the app could of been smoother"
I use the website and app to look up lift tickets and check the snow info. Most of it was easy to find, and booking is straightforward enough. The app was nice when I’m on the go, but it did loads slow a couple times and a few pages feel kind of clunky. Overall it worked fine for what I needed, just wasn’t perfect.

"Surprisingly Great Service and Wifi"
I was relieved by how good the cell service was at Crystal Mountain. I expected to be struggling a bit, but I could text and make calls in most places without any real hassle.
The wifi was also solid in our room and around the main areas, which made the whole trip feel a lot less stressful. It wasn’t flawless every single second, but it worked well enough for maps, messages, and looking things up online.
For me, being able to stay connected made a big difference, especially when traveling. I was really happy with it overall, and I’d give it 5 stars for keeping us connected.

"Tasty meals, decent coffee..."
The meals were really tasty and I enjoyed what I ordered... the coffee was okay, nothing too special, but still fine overall...

Everyone was really helpful and genuinely nice. They made the whole process feel easy, so I didn’t have to overthink anything — kind of a no-brainer experience in the best way.

"Clean bathrooms, found them without any trouble"
I can’t totally remember if we stopped by before lunch or after we walked around a bit, but the bathrooms were easy to find either way. They were clean, and I don’t think I had to wait at all any of the times I used them.

"Solid base lodge, lunch gets a little hectic"
Overall, the base lodge was good. Bathrooms were decent and clean enough, the rental area was easy to spot, which I appreciated because I hate wandering around in ski boots, and the food options were actually better than I expected. Nothing fancy, but enough variety that you don’t feel stuck.
The only real issue was seating around lunch. It filled up super fast, and we ended up doing that awkward hovering thing waiting for someone to leave. Not the end of the world, though. If you can eat a little earlier or later, you’ll probably be fine.

"Easy drive up to Crystal"
Drove up to Crystal Mountain last weekend. easier than I thought. Roads were plowed well. Signs were clear enough too, even with snow coming down. Parking was simple. No weird turns or guessing. Just go slow near the top. You’ll be fine. Nice to not be stressed before even getting there...

"Really helpful updates when the weather got ugly"
We had a trip planned, and then the weather started getting rough, so I went from excited to a little stressed. I kept checking Crystal Mountain’s site, and thankfully they were really on top of posting what was open and what was closed.
It was such a relief not to drive all the way up there totally clueless. The closure info was clear, updated quickly, and basically saved us a headache. Super appreciated it — 5 stars from me

"Great Snowboard Lesson With My Teen"
I took a snowboard lesson with my teen, it ended up being such a good experience. Our instructor was super patient with both of us, which made a huge difference since we were definitely figuring things out as we went. By lunchtime, we had both actually made noticeable progress, which felt great. Check-in was easy too, so the whole morning felt smooth from the start. I’d definitely go back.

"Nice trails, but I felt a little let down"
The hiking trails were nice, so I’ll give them that. But I felt a bit embarrassed because I’d hyped the trip up to my family, and once we got there, the summer activities seemed limited and more expensive than I expected. The info on the website wasn’t super clear either, so I felt like I should’ve known more going in. Overall, it was okay, but not really what I was hoping for

"Fun day, but the rental gear needs help"
Overall, I still had a decent day, but the rental equipment was a letdown. The skis felt old and beat up, and the boots were so uncomfortable even after I swapped them out once. The staff was nice and tried to help, so no complaints there, but for what I paid, I expected way better gear. Like, make it make sense. It was kind of disappointing

"Really Nice Snow and Smooth Groomers"
I had a really good day out there because the snow was in nice shape. The groomed runs felt smooth and consistent pretty much the whole day, which I appreciate because it makes it way easier to just relax and enjoy each run instead of constantly adjusting for weird icy patches or chopped-up spots. It wasn’t anything overly dramatic, just solid, good snow and well-maintained trails, which is exactly what I was hoping for.

"A fun, easy weekend with the kids"
We had such a great weekend with the kids. They were totally into the activities, which made the whole trip feel so much easier for us as parents. For me, it was the kind of family getaway where you’re not constantly trying to keep everyone entertained because there was already plenty for them to enjoy.

"Clean room, comfy bed"
The room was clean and the bed was actually really comfortable, which was a relief because I feel like I’m usually the one who ends up with the bad room or the lumpy mattress. Thankfully, this stay was better than I expected.

"Awesome day at Crystal Mountain"
Had an awesome day at Crystal Mountain tbh. The terrain has a little bit of everything, easy groomers, some steeper runs, and fun tree sections too. Trails were in really good shape when I went, not too icy and smooth for most of the day. Loved being able to switch things up without feeling like we were stuck doing the same type of run all day. Def would come back...

"Solid day at Crystal Mountain"
Had a good day at Crystal Mountain. The lift crews were on top of things and kept the lines moving well, even when it started getting busy. Wait times were fine for most of the day, though a couple lifts got backed up around mid-morning. Nothing too wild, but the lines could’ve been a little more organized. Overall, still a fun day and I’d go back...

"Worth the Money"
